Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and lead the Accounts & Finance team efficiently, effectively and independently.
∎ Establish excellent process of revenue, expenditure, budget plan, develop, direct, control and analyze financial statements, financial reports, special analysis so as to review various issues impacting the company.
∎ Develop and maintain a neat and clean filing and record keeping system and produce reports as and when required by the management.
∎ Initiate and supervise preparation of annual business plan for the company, including financial forecasts, business modeling, and business analysis.
∎ Prepare Monthly Accounts, yearly Budget and Financial Statement.
∎ Prepare and maintain cost & financial analysis for decision making.
∎ Prepare payment plan for every month at least one week ahead of payment date.
∎ Ensure timely payment of all Suppliers payments, Bank Installments, Staff salaries, utility bills and any other payments.
∎ Checking the analysis of break-even-point and profitability for the company.
∎ Follow up material controlling & inventory system.
∎ Prepare all manufacturing product costing as well as all imported materials costing.
∎ Maintain liaison with all Bank, financial Institutions and VAT/Tax authority.
∎ Ensure care and preservation of all audit-able documents, security of cheque books etc.
∎ Any other jobs as and when required and assigned by the Management.
