Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate
∎ B. Sc/M. Sc in Agriculture/MBA in Marketing will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing Feed Sales Process.
∎ Following up, visit & meet the dealers & customers as frequent as possible.
∎ Following up Sales activities in a systematic manner.
∎ Manage and maintain product distribution system to the customers/dealers.
∎ Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.
∎ Receiving customer's feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the knowledge of higher management.
∎ Take special care to collect the dues without further/much delay.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have practical experience at least 08 years on related field.
∎ Candidate having at least 5 years' experience as Regional Manager will get preference.
∎ Strong analytical skill with advanced IT knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Candidate from same type of jobs/works (Agro based company) will also get preference.
