Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Textile from any recognized university.
∎ Or B.Sc/ Bachelor degree in any subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
RMG sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You shall follow up all the order's fabrics (running and new) assigned to your subordinates and make a spreadsheet so that management can get any information from you when needed.
∎ Have great knowledge and experience on fabrics dyeing all processes.
∎ Have a good knowledge of outsourcing of fabrics dyeing & Knitting.
∎ Have a good relationship with different knitting and dyeing factory, especially in Sreepur and Bhaluka Zone.
∎ Have a great knowledge of different fabrics, shade, GSM, costing, etc.
∎ Responsible to coordinate all the activities of Fabric production. Ensure Quality and timely delivery, i.e. to fulfill the factory's requirements.
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandising /Production/Development team for any kinds of fabric requirements i.e. Production, Development, Testing, Lab Dip, samples, etc.
∎ Co-ordinate fabric mill's Production & Planning team to ensure the TNA/OTD.
∎ Oversee color development of solid fabrics and comment on lab dips for color approval and direction into the bulk.
∎ Keep very organized records of fabrics developed, lab dips, SRS references and bulk submits.
∎ Knitting section program TNA sheet provide according to TNA sheet and knitting section follow up.
∎ Ability to taking knitting sub-contract from different factories.
∎ Any other responsibilities are given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 10 years of working experience in dyeing and knitting fabrication.
∎ Have knowledge of sourcing different fabrication (dyeing factories).
∎ Must have knowledge about the International Quality Norms of the fabric quality.
∎ Required Experience in Fabric planning & Production following up.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership.
∎ Hardworking & able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have experience working with reputed Buyers.
∎ Good in Computing skills like MS Office.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
