Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic Manager who will be responsible for Fabrics Finishing in our Knit Fabrics Dyeing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, and Coordinates activities of worker engaged in finishing fabrics.
∎ Schedule fabrics finishing according to knitting parameters, color, type of fabrics, and other specifications to maintain efficient operation.
∎ Ensure productivity by making a proper plan according to the shipment schedule.
∎ Select standard formulas that meet customer specifications.
∎ Work on Shrinkage, GSM, Dia, Twisting, Skewness, Bowing, etc. of the finished fabrics.
∎ Minimization of fabric process loss by sorting out various kinds of fabric faults and finding sustainable solutions.
∎ Prepare Finishing Report, Daily Floor Status Report, Shrinkage Report, Machine Idle time Report, and Monthly production Analysis Report.
∎ Optimize man, machine, and material with proper planning.
∎ Trains workers in set up, repair, and operation of ranges, machines, and equipment.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
