∎ Candidate should have at least a B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile engineering (Wet Process Technology/Fabric Manufacturing)
∎ Skills Required: Fabrics Finishing, Production Management (Finishing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabric dyeing, Fabrics Finishing, Knit fabric finishing, Production Management (Finishing), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares tentative production plan (machine wise) as well as execute as per forecast
∎ Provides accurate parameters for different finishing machines (stenter, compactor, dryer, brush, pitch etc)
∎ Controls fabric quality (e.g. dia, shrinkage, GSM etc) by strictly following machine parameters
∎ Communicates with textile maintenance team to get feedback about maintenance functions so that production plans are executed smoothly
∎ Conducts briefing sessions for the floor level people to explain with process sequence of special fabrics
∎ Ensures transparency in documentation
