Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales of Ongoing & Ready Apartments.
∎ Follow-up with clients from customer database/Data bank and update the progress Daily Basic.
∎ The incumbent will arrange site visit with client.
∎ Creating new customer to meet the sales target.
∎ Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
∎ The monthly sales target achieved planning.
∎ Maintain after sales formalities including Application Form, Payment Schedule and Deed of Agreement.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have strong link-up with the clients at his own Circle, Community or Relatives whatsoever treated as extra experiences.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenge.
∎ Handles all stressful and difficult situations in a positive manner. Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
