Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture/Interior Architecture from reputed Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Exterior Design, Landscape Design, LUMION, MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator, Powerpoint, sketch up 3d, V Ray Render
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting the drawings as requirement
∎ Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Sketch - Up, Interior Design will be an additional advantage.
∎ Extensive knowledge on project detailing.
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing.
∎ 3D visualization and prepare Material specification as per design drawing.
∎ Knowledge of FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial building and Keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per management demand.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Distributing work among architects and CAD operators.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
