Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Sc. Arch) from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Exterior Design, Landscape Design, MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator, sketch up 3d, V Ray Render
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work
∎ Assist Jr. Architect, 3D Artist and others
∎ Coordinate with other departments like Project Operation & CSD as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule
∎ Must know calculate FAR as per latest DAP and National Building Code.
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required
∎ 3D visualization and prepare BOQ & Material specification as per design drawing.
∎ Preparing architecture Rajuk plans, specifications.
∎ Prepare all type working drawings as per required
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial building and Keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per management demand.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Distributing work among architects and CAD operators.
∎ Follow up the project execution on regular basis (visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans).
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
