∎ Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering (Wet Processing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Wet Processing in Home Textile, woven
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for machines' productivity as per management provided capacities in his respective area.
∎ Responsible for quality and wastages within management described limits.
∎ Responsible for Right, First, Time and Minimize Re-work.
∎ Responsible for work area environment including safety, Compliance, Chemicals.
∎ Responsible to identify and request to initial Training needs for subordinates.
∎ Responsible to optimize production cost by avoiding issuance of extra quantity dyes/ Chemicals than requirements.
∎ To take all Decision with consent of DGM (Dyeing) on Departments management Matters.
∎ To take all decision in conjunction with DGM (Dyeing) on product Quality Matters During all stages from Dyeing to Finish.
∎ To delegate his authority to his sub ordinate with responsibility and continuous monitoring when & where needed.
∎ To do communication to sign all department which is related to Dyeing Depart.
∎ To do shade assessment , Shade Matching, And overall Quality related issues.
∎ To suggest Recipes, Dyes Combination, Process route and Parameters after consultation with DGM (Dyeing).
∎ To suggest Re-Process guideline after consultation with DGM (Dyeing).
∎ Authorized to delegate his authority to his sub ordinate with responsibility and continuous monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
