Responsibilities & Context:
∎ •Oversee the production process by drawing up production schedule ensure that the production run smoothly.
∎ •Ensure product quality and monitor and product stander by decision what resource are required and implement quality control systems.
∎ •Supervising production planning process trouble shooting during the production of various processes.
∎ •Ensure Higher production and cost effective by proper selection and maintenance of equipment’s and also maintain buyer compliance issues.
∎ •Develop process of various type of production specially cotton, spandex, poly spandex, tinsel Job Function & Responsibility viscose and their brands.
∎ •Close monitoring marketing & buyer demand.
∎ •Sound & solid planning and follow up of overall production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ •To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ The salary will be fixed on the basis of the discussion which is negotiable. The Employee will also be entitled for other fringe benefit upon the agreement of both parties according to the company’s policies.
