Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 years’ experience in Dyeing Production of any large Knit & Woven Fabrics Dyeing-Printing industry.
∎ Skills Required: Dyeing Printing Industry, Fabric dyeing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up of Dyeing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Should have very good command in English.

∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Job Location: Sreepur, Gazipur.
