Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Technology from any reputed Public University with adequate knowledge in Planning, Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Industry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper planning and follow up of dyeing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Overall dyeing finishing (knit fabrics) production monitoring, handling, Floor Administration and maintain production planning as per the production schedule.
∎ Participate in planning, programming and scheduling of each batch for all dyeing finishing machines.
∎ Prepare accurate recipe for accurate shade matching according to the buyer's specification.
∎ Confirm and maintain quality and timely delivery of fabrics.
∎ Maintain log-book/ data sheet of each batch in each machine.
∎ Find out problem and participate in decision-making.
∎ Find and report problem of each machine for proper functioning with good maintenance.
∎ Strictly monitor for reducing wastage in fabrics, dyes, chemicals, utility etc.
∎ Time to time reporting of the production, wastage etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
