Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic Manager who will be responsible for Dyed Yarn (Sweater) Marketing in our Yarn (Sweater) Dyeing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
∎ Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
∎ Generating new business leads.
∎ Increasing brand awareness and market share.
∎ Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
∎ Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
∎ Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
∎ Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
∎ Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
∎ Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Managing the marketing department’s staff.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
