Job Responsibilities:
∎ To head the sale & distribution dept. for newly Launched Kendamil Infant Formula.
∎ Positive, self-motivated, problem solver with career oriented working mindset.
∎ Drive and lead the Dept. for generating sales in assigned business areas.
∎ Ensure monthly primary and secondary business target from assigned business area.
∎ Strong analytical ability, fast decision making and good situational leadership are also key skills for a Manager.
∎ Help to build the brand in the market through consumer promotion and trade promotion activity and ensure maximization of ROI ( Return of investment)
∎ Plan, execute and monitor utilization of financial budget of assigned business in line with company strategy.
∎ Maintain all relevant data, distribution stock and sales tracking sheet regularly and send it to relevant authority as per provided guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Retail sales, Corporate sales.
∎ Applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Infant Formula, Baby food products.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS applications.
∎ Must be good in speaking and writing in English.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
