Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategy, Business Plan & Target:
∎ Responsible for achieving all the sales, distribution coverage extension and transaction targets of the respective regions.
∎ To prepare the business plan and target allocation.
∎ Help in the decision-making process for monthly/quarterly performance reviews and market analyses.
∎ Responsible for preparing and achieving a periodical business plan for the distributor to achieve the quarterly targets.
∎ Manage the MFS to achieve the given target as per the agreed timeline.
∎ Operation & Team Management:
∎ Monitoring stock flow, market movement, sales promotions to ensure successful execution.
∎ Active involvement in business sessions with various channel partners, distribution owners and key stakeholders.
∎ On the job coaching and counselling sessions to identify individual motivators and keep up the morale.
∎ Meeting with team members to discuss important issues and guide them for smooth operations and improved teamwork.
∎ Regular market visits to ensure smooth operation and visibility in respective regions.
∎ Identify training and development needs of regional team members thus taking necessary steps to facilitate such requirements.
∎ Business Development & Coordination:
∎ Ensure business expansion in line with Cluster objective.
∎ Find out business opportunities to expand Nagad business in the respective regions.
∎ Driver for business growth to capture market share.
∎ Implementing distribution evaluation matrix and deploying business partners accordingly.
∎ Identify people interested in business to fill the new locations.
∎ Coordination within the organization, outside organization and project management as per delegation of Distribution as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Need MFS or Telecom company experience.
