To full-fill our vision we are Looking for an individual who will lead the Direct Sourcing team ensuring right candidates. Will responsible to evaluate and execute all the channels of sourcing candidates directly.
∎ Office Timing : 10 AM-7PM
∎ Office Day : 6 days in week
∎ Department : Sourcing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research about the market trend, candidate hub to source candidate from different areas of the country
∎ Execute necessary activation plan to attract candidates from different areas of the country
∎ Introduce Munshi Job Portal to store candidate data, and eventually to use it as candidate data bank
∎ Take all necessary steps, including permission for setting zonal offices, recruiting local representatives, monitor all operations of the zonal offices to reach individual candidates
∎ Visit field on regular basis to ensure Munshi reaches to potential agents and candidates effectively
∎ Plan and ensure Munshi branding through all possible medias - online and press, BTL and ATL
∎ Communicate and liaison with various trade and soft skill training centres to ensure that specific and rare trades are sourced through the right channel
∎ Prepare and maintain database of effective sources of various trades' candidates, and be in regular communication with them so that candidate pools can be collected when required
∎ Lead the Direct Sourcing Team, train and motivate them as required
∎ Strongly monitor the team's activity, guide them on daily basis and report to authority as indicated
∎ Screen application to ensure accurate candidates as per client demand. Pre-screen candidates where required and applicable
∎ Ensure the right candidate selection in any mode of interview
∎ Ensure that candidates are provided with right and correct information about job, company, salary, contract terms and conditions etc.
∎ Ensure the data accuracy at different stages of execution, as indicated by client
∎ Oversee any upcoming crisis and take necessary measures to mitigate that
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to drive motorcycle
∎ Patience in frequent traveling
∎ Able to understand the demand and supply trends
