The ideal candidate must combine sales expertise with advanced digital marketing skills—especially on LinkedIn and Instagram—to create campaigns that drive measurable bookings and sales.
Job Description
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns — particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram — to generate qualified leads and drive measurable sales growth.
Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings, reservations, and overall brand visibility.
Lead and coordinate both offline marketing (events, corporate partnerships, physical promotions) and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and creative content campaigns).
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and new growth opportunities.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Design and produce visually compelling marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — such as branding assets, leaflets, brochures, flyers, menus, and other promotional visuals.
Optimize sales funnels and customer journeys for both B2B and B2C clients to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows to enhance digital engagement.
Manage CRM systems and execute effective lead nurturing campaigns to strengthen customer relationships and retention.
Implement strong brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Create and manage multimedia marketing assets — including videos, brochures, presentations, and other digital content.
Plan and produce professional photo, video, and drone content to showcase venues, services, and brand experiences.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Search Console, and other digital tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and sales teams to align marketing strategies with service delivery.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Perform any other business-related tasks as assigned by management.
