• Must have knowledge in HVAC, Fire, Electrical, Plumbing & Coordination.

• AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, fluent in the English language.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

• Well organized, disciplined & hard working.

• Able to adapt to new work strategies and meet deadlines.

• 6-8 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Job Responsibilities

• The MEP Manager oversees all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related works for a project. Responsible for design, planning, coordination, execution, and quality control to ensure all MEP works are completed on time, within budget, and as per design & standards.

• Prepare Detailed MEP System Design (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire) & necessary Specification.

• Preparing the BOQ of the designed system.

• Ensuring proper execution of the system as per the design & drawing.

• Communicating with clients during the tendering, project execution, and commissioning process.

• Work with other engineers, engineering technicians, and other professionals as a team leader.

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
