Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the planning and leadership to the Sales & Marketing Department.
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible short term and long-term market share.
∎ Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Hire and train team members to extend market coverage and achieve target.
∎ Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ Create pitches, dialog and materials to reach the target audience.
∎ Arrange meeting and seminar periodically to aware the customers and users.
∎ Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Work closely with Director-Operation to create plans, programs, campaigns.
∎ Contribute manfully by maintaining good relation with other departments and clients for achieving ultimate goals.
∎ Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, estimates and plans to determine effectiveness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with MBA will be preferred.
∎ Must have working experience in similar position in Ready Mix Concrete Industry or Corporate Sales of Cement / Steel / Cable.
∎ Must have computer literacy and analytical ability.

Salary: Negotiable
