Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategic plan for market development.
∎ Deal with the property owners, buyers, vendors and other stakeholders by providing creative and practical solutions.
∎ Collect Quotations from the respective sources and prepare Comparative Statement (CS) after negotiation.
∎ Develop new clients and liaise with present clients & Customer.
∎ To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research within the region.
∎ To generate New Lands, Plot, Apartment.
∎ To find out new sort of idea to generate sale and also find out new idea for attraction to the customer.
∎ Develop and implement new Sales & Marketing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 47 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Applicant must have at least 8 to 10 years experience in sales & marketing in "Real Estate" sector.
∎ Basic computer knowledge is a must.
∎ The applicants should have experience in dealing with marketing activities, client's satisfaction, product performance and quality check.
∎ Comfortable for traveling to field.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge about land related documents.
∎ Should have knowledge about purchasing process of all land including RAJUK.
∎ Should have experience of creating and availing rental market for placing the apartment on rent.
∎ Should have good public related capabilities to accomplish the task by winning heart and mind of the people.
∎ Should have good liaison making experience with people of land purchase, sale & development.
∎ Should have experience of working with target achievement habit.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
