Experience:
BBA/MBA Major in Marketing.
Manager: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate (Land/Apartment) sales & marketing.
Deputy Manager: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate (Land/Apartment) sales & marketing.
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Market analysis and strategic planning skills.
Leadership and team management capability.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Sales Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for real estate projects (Land/Apartment).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing plans, and promotional offers.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Maintain and manage customer databases, leads, bookings, and sales pipelines.
Negotiate with clients and finalize sales agreements in coordination with management.
Ensure timely collection of booking money, installments, and documentation.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, exhibitions).
Coordinate with advertising agencies, media, and digital marketing partners.
Oversee branding, brochures, leaflets, project presentations, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Propose innovative marketing ideas to increase project visibility and sales conversion.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Land, Construction, Legal, Accounts, and Customer Service departments.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
Monitor project-wise sales progress and submit performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and real estate regulations.
Strategic & Administrative Duties
Assist management in sales forecasting and business planning.
Participate in project launches, site visits, and promotional events.
Support senior management in strategic decision-making related to sales & marketing.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
