Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making plan for individual and as a team member to achieve the given sales target.
∎ Monitoring marketing activities.
∎ Following up sales and promotional activities.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.
∎ Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Managing relationships and service quality & standards.
∎ Providing market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidates experienced in selling flats/lands will get preference.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ To be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activities both internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Experience in Real Estate industry will get preference.
