Expected to be target-oriented & ensure the achievement on time.
To achieve the monthly and yearly sales targets.
To visit and follow upwith prospective customers regularly.
Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with existing customers.
Identifying and sourcing new clients for business opportunities.
Handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor business competitors’ activities and make a SWOT analysis and report to the management as their business needs.
Maintain good communication with other departments on a regular basis.
To analyze and monitor customer data regularly.
Creating an effective plan for generating revenue on a regular basis.
