Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position requires for the individual to have at least 10 years of demonstrated sales & marketing experience in selling apartments of Modern Gated Community Complex. He must have verifiable accomplishments in strategically planning, implementing and improving the sales status of this organization.
∎ The applicant should be efficient in finding out appropriate customer segments of the apartments, Shop-Lots, Commercial Spaces and other salable properties of the company and directing the terms to approach them decently.
∎ The applicant must possess effective communication & motivational skills, hand-on decision maker with a dynamic approach to the team's leadership.
∎ He will be responsible to increase sales, maintain and enhance the quality of the company's sales & marketing department in the light of the company's policy, programs & practices.
∎ To prepare strategic sales plan, participate and lead different Property fairs and other promotional activities in order to meet the company's overall strategic plan.
∎ To participate in developing/reviewing product pricing and conditions applicable to various marketing segments, based on market feedback and conditions.
∎ To ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
∎ To assist in the monthly revenue collection.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as and when required.
∎ Maintain regular contact with key prospects of the appropriate market segments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ The candidate should be smart, intelligent, fluent in Bengali & English language, a team player, must have a proven skill in negotiation, building inter-personal relationship, good social contacts etc.
∎ The candidate shall have the attitude to work in a challenged and pressured environment.
