• Proven experience in partner acquisition and regional business development.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent local partners (Distributors) management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with the regulatory and operational environment of the ISP industry.

This position is responsible for driving the expansion of the company’s last-mile presence by identifying, onboarding, and enabling new service agents (distributors) across targeted regions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead region-wise scouting and evaluation of potential service agents in untapped or underdeveloped markets.
• Develop and execute regional expansion strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle for new distribution partners, ensuring contract, technical, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive local engagement initiatives to boost the visibility and adoption of ISP services through new partners.
• Act as the regional escalation point for any distribution-related issues during the post-onboarding phase.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including network planning, marketing, logistics, and customer care to ensure successful integration of new partners.
