• Professional Qualification in CA (Certificate Level) / CMA (1400 Marks) is a must

We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join this team as Manager/Deputy Manager(Finance & Accounts) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Maintain the overall functional activities of Product costing & cost variance analysis to control the product cost factor

• Planning, analysing and collecting data to determine costs of production activity such as material purchase, inventory & other overhead

• Determine the products’ costing strategy for factory, outsource and import by utilising market research data to maximise profit margin

• Monthly forecasting of sales, profitability, operating expenses, analysis the overhead & absorption and other cost reporting as required

• Ensuring the strategy of cost-effective product development with competitive pricing

• Prepare cost-related documents for internal & external audit and assist in improving the internal controls & cost optimization initiatives

• Work with the manufacturing engineer & production departments to ensure the corrections as required against production cost

• Conduct post-costing to determine the cause of any cost variances to control product cost factors

• Analysis the local market and competitors’ all types of category costing to ensure a competitive product pricing in the market

• Collaborate with the production, procurement, & operation & process departments to complete production cost and other cost variance analysis as required

• Responsible for other works like Financial Reporting, Fund Management, Budgetary analysis, external & internal Audit and various activities of Accounts & Finance as per the requirements of the superior & Management
