Experience:

• Graduate/Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.

• At least 10 years

• At least 8 years of experience in similar position in a large knit garment industry;
• Pro-active, independent, and result-oriented;
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
• Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
• Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
• Well conversant in MS-Office;
• Willing to stay beside factory at own accord;

• Ensure timely receipt of fabrics and details to meet the Planned Cut Date (PCD).

• Maintain a cut plan achieving 80% efficiency and 100% accuracy.

• Organize man, machine, materials, and methods effectively.

• Ensure correct style, color, and shading, maintaining high quality standards.

• Minimize fabric waste and optimize labor for maximum output.

• Maintain at least three days of Work-In-Progress (WIP) in the cutting section.

• Develop daily cutting plans aligned with sewing line requirements and shipment schedules.

• Train and motivate staff for maximum efficiency and quality.

• Manage cutting ratios, fabric utilization, and absenteeism.

• Collect fabric inspection reports, shade bands, and shrinkage reports, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

• Continuously develop cutting techniques and evaluate staff performance.
