Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline, Preferable B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing Technology from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of cutting production in accordance with the shipment schedule maintaining the buyer's specifications.
∎ Coordinate with sampling & pattern, Fabrics store, Merchandising, Planning and Sewing departments to ensure that the fabrics are arranging well in the advance.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of cutting in accordance with IE requirement.
∎ Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric.
∎ Critical balancing of cutting lay as required by the styles
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics.
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Head of the Production to realize the target with quality.
∎ Introducing and using KPI tools for the respective section's performance measuring at different session.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges.
∎ Required good commination skill.
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship
∎ Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel.
∎ Capacity to ensure maximum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Capacity to maintain safety, quality and compliance activities in cutting section to ensure zero NC.
∎ Working experience in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory.
Salary: Negotiable
