We are a 100% export-oriented garments manufacturing group of company is looking for dynamic and experienced Manager - Cutting for Cutting Department in Knit Garments Factory.

Job Location will be Rupganj, Narayanganj.

• Developing cutting strategies and procedures to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

• Plan and manage the daily cutting schedule, ensuring on-time delivery of cut fabrics to the production lines.

• Collaboration with the production planning team to determine the fabric requirements and prioritize cutting orders based on production deadlines.

• Allocate resources, including manpower and cutting equipment, to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

• Supervise and guide the cutting team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure consistent performance and skill development.

• Maintain and monitor cutting equipment and tools, arranging regular maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement in the cutting process.

• Continuously evaluate and optimize cutting techniques and technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

• Monitor and analyze production data, generating reports on cutting productivity, material utilization, and efficiency for management review.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to cutting processes.

• Report to director- operation daily/ when required.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
