Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any recognized university.
∎ Ex Police Officer is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutiny of credit approval form and documentation check list.
∎ Evaluation of credit worthiness of the agents.
∎ Physical verification of customer establishment, references, bank record, and mortgage documents etc. Investigate all the documents of party's credit history before opening the dealership.
∎ Formulation and maintenance of strategy regarding credit operations.
∎ Coordination with Sales & Marketing team to optimize bad debts.
∎ Monitor business tend of the dealers and take corrective action if any suspicious activity/potential threat is noticed regarding blockage of credit facility.
∎ Ensure that all the legal procedures are followed regarding credit recovery.
∎ Ensure the recovery of over dues as per plan.
∎ Monitor & visit credit customers on regular basis.
∎ Manage the local government authorities related to credit recovery.
∎ Coordinate with defaulter dealers to negotiate in executing legal strategy of enforcing legal claim.
∎ Engage with inactive dealers and his relatives/local businessmen to negotiate reasonable settlement on overdue amount.
∎ Negotiating with the defaulter dealers to come to an acceptable/reasonable settlement.
∎ Coordinate with company lawyer and local law enforcing agencies to execute Honorable Court Order against the defaulter agents.
∎ Coordinate with local police station about warrant related issues.
∎ Prepare various reports e.g. Aging Report, Credit Utilization Report etc. and any other report required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ex Police Officers will get preference.
∎ Experience in Poultry Feed Sector in relevant sector is preferred.
∎ Should have smart, energetic and ready to take challenges.
∎ Willingness and capability of Extensive field visit is required.
Salary: Negotiable
