∎ M. Com/ MBA in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overdue recovery from distributors with proper planning in accordance with Sales Team .
∎ Ensure payment dues are collected.
∎ Respond to credit and collection related inquiries.
∎ Negotiate payment arrangements.
∎ Negotiate and influence to collect market due.
∎ Make credit recovery policy.
∎ Conduct regularly scheduled field visits as well as surprise visits to ensure credit policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed by field staff.
∎ Work closely with Business Unit Managers & Stakeholders for credit issues.
∎ Ensure documentation of all credit & collection related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.
∎ Monthly distributor balance reconciliation
∎ Lead a Team of Credit Control & Recovery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proficient with Advanced Excel and ERP
∎ Must have experience to work as a Team Leader
