Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and implement sales strategy to ensure achieving annual sales target and growth.
∎ Keep maintaining strong and sustainable relationship with clients to ensure business growth.
∎ Source new business opportunities to accelerate sales and business growth.
∎ Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis to get the product orders.
∎ Develop significant sales opportunities with key customers to ensure viable business growth.
∎ Implement and share feedback on market trends and strategies as well as monitor the competitors’ activities and propose and assist HOD in formulating newer and unique type of strategies to capture market share.
∎ Develop, train up and groom the team members to improve product knowledge and professional skills.
∎ Prepare different reports as and when required.
