Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA from a well reputed public university or top ranked private university. B.Sc in EEE prior to MBA will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute annual sales plan for Corporate Sales in the Industry segment.
∎ Lead a Corporate Sales Force (Industry) of marketing officers and senior marketing officers and mentor them as required.
∎ Organize weekly/ monthly sales collection meeting with the team to achieve monthly targets.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with key architects, consultants and engineers to facilitate corporate sales in landmark projects.
∎ Supervise after-sales service, promotional activities and marketing events for the Industry segment.
∎ Create sales strategies based on competitor activities and market trends.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive client/project database and prepare progress reports as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales or marketing. Work experience in the energy and power sector will be preferable.
∎ Fair knowledge about Electrical & Electronic products and services, especially professional lighting and protection devices.
∎ Excellent presentation skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Excellent leadership ability and the competency to manage a team of at least fifteen sales officers.
∎ Must be competent in MS Word, MS Excel and MS. Power point.
∎ Expertise in salesmanship, persuasion and negotiation.
Salary:
∎ BDT 70,000-85,000 (Based on experience and industry expertise)
