Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in B2B/corporate sales.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Experience in paint, building materials, or chemical industries will be highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficient in sales reporting, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, project inspections, and corporate engagements.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to increase revenue from institutional and B2B clients, including real estate companies, construction firms, government organizations, and industrial clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Negotiate large-scale contracts, project deals, and supply agreements with corporate clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics, and technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior management.

  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events as needed.
