Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree/MBA under any discipline. (Academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 7 (seven) years job experience and out of this, at least 3 (three) years' experience with reputed brand(s) at same position in the relevant field.
∎ To work as a key team member for marketing and business development of various brands of electronic home appliances and air conditioners in corporate bodies and various institutions.
∎ To lead and manage zonal sales teams towards effective business development
∎ Maintain communication and supply chain for corporate clientele including, invoicing, credit realization and order generation.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing conditions of the brands under the organization resembling the highest Quality and sincerity.
∎ Plan and execute marketing plan and promotional activities for brand awareness building and market development as per the organizational goals
∎ Generate Daily/Monthly/half-yearly/yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
∎ Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & report writing.
∎ Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.
