∎ MBA/ M.com/ Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in Compliance of Garments & Textile Sector. Candidates who have got Professional certifications of different compliance expertise will get preference.
∎ Minimum 08 years of experiences in a 100% export-oriented textile/garment industry.
∎ Should have a very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS Office applications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop and implement Compliance policies as per local law and different buyers’ Codes of Conducts.
∎ To keep the factory 24/7 ready for facing different audits such as HIGG, GOTS, OCS, OEKOTEX, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Security System Audit (C-TPAT), Special Audit of H&M and IKEA, and other different social/ethical/environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audits.
∎ To ensure precautionary measures for Fire, Health & Safety are in order.
∎ To ensure proper training/awareness programs are functioning on a regular basis.
∎ Conduct Disciplinary and Domestic enquirers ensuring maintenance of proper procedures according to company policy and compliance with related Labor Laws.
∎ Communicate with BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc. as and when needed.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
