∎ Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the overall functions of the shipping and logistics department.
∎ Ensure all export operations of the Group are managed properly.
∎ Do necessary coordination with Merchandising Department and Factories for export related activities of all the orders of the Group.
∎ Maintain liaison with Buyers, Shipping Lines, Forwarders, Transport Providers, C&F Agents, Bank, BGMEA, EPB, and other related authorities & organizations.
∎ Ensure necessary arrangement to handover the goods to the forwarder on time.
∎ Conduct Export documents submission & on time proceeds realization.
∎ Communicate and follow up with bank to accomplish the realization process.
∎ Provide necessary supports to other divisions, when needed, for the smooth running the operation.
∎ Discharge ISO related activities as per quality system procedure.
∎ Prepare export statement and input data in the system.
∎ Check service providers bills related to Export and process to Accounts & Finance for payment.
