Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide end-to-end channel support to ensure smooth business operations and service delivery.

  • Coordinate with branches, business units, and support divisions for effective execution of initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and circulars.

  • Liaise with regulators, development partners, and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

  • Monitor adherence to approved processes, reporting requirements, and timelines.

  • Support implementation of projects and partnership programs across channels.

  • Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

  • Prepare and submit periodic MIS, compliance reports, and management updates.

  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews with required documentation.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
