Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all kinds of pattern & sample making and proper follow up as per requirement.
∎ Arrange the most efficient consumption for each orders styles using CAD, within the timeline.
∎ Create the pattern as spec and design requirement.
∎ Work closely with the merchandisers, technicians, seniors and suppliers to reach the best consumption.
∎ To find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Communicate & coordinate with Sample Making, Cutting & Merchandising Department.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection & Cutting Departments to resolve all issues pertaining to fabric width and markers.
∎ Have experience in both manual & automated machine CAD pattern (Lactra)
∎ Sound knowledge on Lectra design system for making pattern.
∎ Responsible to make marker for sample or consumption using Lectra marker software.
∎ Remake pattern based on buyer comments.
∎ Make size set pattern for pilot section.
∎ After receiving internal cutting report adjust pattern & give marker for bulk production.
∎ To create marker making instruction based on requirement.
∎ Ensuring that all pattern is thoroughly checked for strict conformance to specification.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Woven (Denim) and sample making with Lectra software
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge in denim fabrics, fashion trends & wash
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with people.
