Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain financial models and budgets for the Marketing and Supply Chain departments
∎ Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales revenue, marketing spend, supply chain costs, and profitability
∎ Provide accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management
∎ Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
∎ Conduct financial evaluations of new product launches, marketing campaigns, and supply chain projects to assess their financial viability and potential return on investment
∎ Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the Marketing and Supply Chain departments
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within Marketing and Supply Chain operations
∎ Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance role, preferably within the marketing and supply chain functions
∎ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
∎ Solid understanding of marketing and supply chain concepts, cost structures, and performance metrics
∎ Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
