Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for strategic and operational Sales, Marketing and maintain Customer Relationship with Government Authorities/ Ministries (Public sector)
∎ Develop and follow-up new business development opportunities in Public sector and convert sales through various methods
∎ Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals in line with organization vision
∎ Create a sales pipeline, carry out sales forecasts, analyze and present the findings to senior management/the board of directors
∎ Supervise and manage the team members of different local and international partners for large System Integration Project in Public sector
∎ Plan and prepare presentations on different solutions offerings to Government Authorities/Ministries
∎ Generate Leads in Public sector for onboarding Government projects
∎ Communicate new product developments or partnerships to prospective clients in Public sector
∎ Manage and retain relationships with new and existing clients, OEM/Partners/Principal
∎ Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
∎ Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
∎ Work closely with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure business targets and KPIs are being met
∎ Prepare business proposals, solutions documentations and Negotiate with stakeholders
∎ Draft and review contracts
∎ Collect market feedback regarding changing technology and generate product development or service delivery ideas

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-10 Years of experience of ICT Software development /BPO Public Sector along with Government Authorities
∎ Must have in depth Knowledge on PPR-2008 for Tender preparation, Turn Key project documentation and e-GP & CPTU system
∎ Should have Pre-sales knowledge on solution proposal and system integration
∎ Candidate must have in depth understanding of developing concept note/ other tenders (EOI, Proposal tenders etc.)
∎ Proven track record of onboarding government projects and maintaining relationship with critical stakeholders
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge in technical & business of software development.
∎ Candidate must have sound presentation ability and super convincing power.
∎ Candidate must have understanding of business transformation propositions for individual prospects /industries and have ability to present business proposal to prospective clients/customers.
∎ Must have the ability to achieve company’s sales target (public sector).
∎ Candidate must have experience in onboarding new Public IT businesses, Targeting clients, steering sales and pre-sales activities, manage account management as well as customer & project management.
∎ Candidate must have experience in preparing solution proposal and have to present ability.
∎ Any Relevant certificates will be a plus

Salary: Negotiable
