Candidate must have experience as Assistant Manager (Business Development)/ Manager (Business Development) in previous company minimum for 3 years.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Manager – Business Development to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The candidate will play a key role in securing new construction projects (both public and private), preparing proposals, handling tenders, and driving strategic growth. Prior experience in the construction or real estate sector is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to contribute to the company’s long- term business objectives.

Identify new business opportunities (public/private sector construction projects).
Prepare, review, and submit EOI, RFQ, and RFP documents.
Maintain relationships with government and private clients, developers, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor tender notices and coordinate the tendering process.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project proposals, budgets, and feasibility studies.
Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote the company.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on market trends and business performance.
Follow up with clients for ongoing and upcoming project opportunities.
