Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA from any reputed Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide the vision, leadership and strategic direction that business needs to achieve its goals
∎ To lead and manage the profitable development of the business to ensure it achieves its objectives
∎ Develop an effective working relationship with all chains.
∎ Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
∎ Maintain internal and external communication.
∎ Must have leadership accountability for all plans (both strategic and operational). Responsible for all operational activities, organizational and market growth.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
∎ Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
∎ Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
∎ Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Great attention to details
∎ Hardworking, independent and detail-oriented and responsible.
∎ 2 (Two) years work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
∎ Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
∎ High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Integrity and professionalism
∎ Solid knowledge of office procedure.
∎ Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
