∎ This position is responsible for exploring and developing new business opportunities for facility management and HR business in local market
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore and develop new business opportunities for facility Management and HR Business predominantly in local market
∎ Assist in evaluation, testing and implementation of the newly introduced ventures and its future profitability and business opportunities in local market
∎ Build financial models and conduct feasibility studies for new business streams and expansions
∎ Prepare the functional requirement and technical specification documents for the newly opened and future projected ventures
∎ Assist with the business case development, business process analysis, projections, translating and simplifying business requirements
∎ Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
∎ Work with intra-departmental groups to produce high quality outcomes, results and fulfil management's expectation
∎ Produce accurate statements, diagrams, graphical representations of business growth, feasibility, business development scope and projection where the business is heading
∎ Prepare investment reports and operational updates on a monthly and quarterly basis
∎ Use all kind of Marketing tools (e.g Digital marketing, SMS marketing, Email marketing, One to one marketing and so on) for business development
∎ Provide overall coordination and carry out business development and necessary business administrative tasks
∎ Analyse business competitors and take action accordingly
∎ Continuous follow up with existing and new clients
