Job Context

We are looking for a Manager (Business Development) who has excellent communication skills, Team Management and leadership skills, a proactive and Positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

Reaching out to potential partners to explore mutually beneficial collaborations.

Keeping company leadership informed on business development progress and pipeline updates

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Prepare bid documents, prequalification submissions, EOIs, and tender clarifications within stipulated deadlines.

Liaise with clients, consultants, OEMs, and strategic partners to obtain necessary technical and commercial support for tender participation.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects

Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field

Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Engage in bid preparation and follow-up with relevant authorities.

Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic approaches.

Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers/projects.

Create PowerPoint presentations.

Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions to ensure positive business deals.

Capable of independent communication in English with clients and foreign contractors.

To perform any other task given by the management

Prepare day-to-day reports.
