• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.

• Proficiency in MS excel, MS word, MS power point is a must.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar).

• Working knowledge on MS teams will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge on ERPs (global/local) will be added advantage.

The Manager – Business Analytics will lead the development and execution of financial and business analytics to strengthen decision-making, improve budget control, and ensure accountability across the organization. This role will consolidate financial processes, build robust reporting systems, and deliver actionable insights on receivables, payables, inventory, and revenue recognition to enhance operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Financial Control

• Develop and monitor project-based budget tracking systems ensuring accountability at every stage.

• Implement systematic budgetary controls across ERP and software platforms.

• Conduct variance analysis, identifying gaps between budget vs. actuals, and recommend corrective actions.

• Align budgets with business strategy and support forecasting for short- and long-term planning.

Analytics & Insights

• Build advanced analytics frameworks to monitor and validate:

o   Receivables & Payables – accuracy, authenticity, and aging analysis.

o   Inventory Management – valuation, authenticity, turnover, and obsolescence.

o   Revenue Recognition – accuracy, timing, compliance, and impact on financial statements.

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize working capital.

• Support investment strategies by providing a unified view of cash flow and liquidity management.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Design and maintain real-time dashboards for management and board-level decision-making.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in financial reporting.

• Prepare management information in the form of dashboards for clearer financial visibility and impact

• Translate complex financial and operational data into simple, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Supply Chain, Execution, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure budget and performance accountability.

• Act as the analytical bridge between Finance and other departments, driving data-backed decision-making.

• Support leadership in aligning business strategies with operational execution.

Process Improvement & Governance

• Standardize and automate budgetary and financial controls across departments.

• Strengthen compliance with internal financial policies and external audit requirements.

• Continuously review and improve analytics processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensure governance over financial data authenticity, consistency, and timeliness.

Strategic Decision Support

• Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment to guide executive decisions.

• Provide analytical support for capital allocation, project evaluation, and ROI measurement to senior management

• Support Head of Business Analytics & CFO in presenting financial analytics to stakeholders, board, and investors.
