What You Will Do
Note: You don't need to be a "Sales Guru" yet. We want someone hungry, smart, and fearless.
Be a Hunter (Outbound Sales): Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and cold email to find 20-50 high-quality leads per day (Agency Owners, Founders, CEOs).
The First Contact: Send personalized messages that get replies. You will use our own AI tools to write these 10x faster than a normal human.
Consultative Selling: When they reply, you don't just pitch. You ask smart questions. "What is your manual workflow?" "How much time does that take?" Then you offer our solution.
Community Building: Be the "cool expert" in our Discord and on Reddit. Engage with users, answer questions, and turn community members into clients.
Close the Deal: Manage the pipeline from "Hello" to "Contract Signed" (with help from the founders).
Who You Are
Fearless Communicator: You are not afraid to message a CEO or get on a Zoom call with a stranger in New York or London.
Advanced English: You will be speaking to international clients. Your written and spoken English must be flawless. (No "Dear Sir/Madam" vibes. We need professional, conversational English).
Tech Savvy: You understand that AI is the future. You use ChatGPT/Claude daily and want to learn how to sell it.
Resilient: Sales is about hearing "No" 20 times to get 1 "Yes." You don't give up.
Work Schedule (Crucial)
Since our clients are in Europe and the US, you may have few meetings outside of office hours depending on the client's time zone.
Time: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Days: 5 Days a Week (Sun–Wed In-Office, Thu Remote)
