Responsibilities & Context:

• SAP Coordination: Act as the key coordinator for SAP, working closely with module users to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations. Collaborate with the development partner to resolve backlog issues and support system enhancements.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic separate and consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) for the portfolio, ensuring compliance with IFRS and relevant laws and regulations.

• Product Costing: Possess strong expertise in product costing (both manual and SAP-based), with a particular focus on Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodology.

• Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in preparing the annual budget and perform post-budget analysis for the portfolio to support strategic decision-making.

• Performance & Variance Reporting: Prepare monthly business performance reports, variance analyses, and other management reports as required.

• Balance Sheet Management: Monitor and manage key financial components, including advances, inventory, receivables, and payables, to ensure proper balance sheet management.

• SAP Expertise: Ensure efficient execution of month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP.
