∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, including plumbing & sanitation, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural integrity.
∎ Schedule and coordinate regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
∎ Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ Ensure the smooth function of maintenance services.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, with experience in managing building systems in an apparel industry environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of building maintenance, toilet maintenance, plumbing systems, tiles, electrics related to building systems.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to building systems.
∎ Excellent coordinating, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
