∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop brand strategy including the allocation of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
∎ Drive brand visibility on mass media through ATL communication & other relevant channels.
∎ Execute the tactical plan using appropriate BTL initiatives.
∎ Lead the relationship with external agency partners (communication, research, media etc.).
∎ Monitor external competition as well as global best practices in customer management.
∎ Place appropriately the brand and communication materials at various key touch points
∎ Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Sales and Research Partners)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical skill, report writing and problem solving skills.
∎ Good command over written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong brand communication skills.
∎ Moderate knowledge on drafting in various software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
